At Ellington Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your writing instrument. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the pen in its original presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5 business days.
